VEHICLES / LARGE DISPLAY
You must purchase booth space in order to reserve vehicle or large display space. Set-up for vehicles and large display space will be on Sunday ONLY from 3:00pm – 4:00pm. No exceptions. (See Exhibit Rules & Regulations for specifics regarding this space.)

RULES ABOUT DISPLAYING VEHICLE
Cancellation/Refund Policy
The deadline for cancellations is January 21, 2022. Full refunds will be provided up to 5:00 pm on January 21st with written notice. Simply send an e-mail to [email protected] with the reason you are seeking refund. Please note that dues payments are non-refundable. If you do not attend the conference and do not cancel your registration, you will be billed after the event.
Deadline for Sponsors/ Marketing Submissions
The deadline to ensure you are listed in the Conference Buyer's Guide and receive all your other marketing perks is January 5, 2022. We encourage you to register early to receive all your benefits.
Consent for Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, GACP meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to GACP's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

We are pleased to announce that PRX Exposition Services has been named as the official general service contractor for the 2022 GACP Winter Training Conference. PRX offers a paperless service kit for renting additional furnishings or arranging material handling for a successful event. We encourage you to use their safe and secure website to place your order through a customized login link that will be emailed to all vendors after your booth registration is confirmed. PRX will begin sending emails to the registered exhibitor contact starting Monday, December 6, 2021.
