Vehicles/Large Display

Set-up for vehicles and large display space will be on Sunday ONLY from 1:30pm – 4:30pm. If you wish to bring a vehicle, you are required to select a Premier or Regular Vehicle Booth/Space. No vehicles will be allowed in the Large Display Spaces.

Each Exhibitor will receive an email from Fern's online portal called OneView with instructions on how to access along with a contact which will be your ESR/Exhibit Services Representative.  The OneView portal will have show information, freight inbound/outbound instructions/shipping labels and additional furnishing/carpet ordering forms. Cut-off Date for Most Hotels - August 20, 2026

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy, standard guest rooms.  Additional charges may be incurred for room upgrades, additional guest(s) staying in the room, etc. All hotel guests will be charged up to $2.50 cents per day for their room for the City of Savannah. Please note that a $6.00 hotel-motel fee is imposed on each calendar night a hotel room is rented in Georgia. Self-Parking is included for all hotels, including overflow hotels. Valet parking may incur an additional fee. Ferry Service is available. The Savannah Belles Ferry System stops at the Convention Center (at the Westin), City Hall (at the Hyatt), and at the statue of the Waving Girl. There is NO FEE to park at the Savannah International Trade Center.

• Please note that on high-attendance days, an overflow lot will be available with shuttle service to and from the convention center. The overflow lot rate is $5.00

Status/Dues

Corporate Dues must be paid before attending the Fall Training Conference. If you are unsure about the status of your company’s membership, please contact us at 770-495-9650.

Cancellation/refund requests received before August 24th will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received from August 25th through September 7th will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after September 7th. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.  Any member who registers, does not pay, and is a “no-show” will be billed 100% of the registration fee.
