The Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police invites you to the first annual Spring Training Conference. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to network with other members while receiving valuable training. Exhibitors dedicated to enhancing law enforcement will be participating in this year’s conference, providing the latest police equipment, services, technology, and publications.  We encourage you to visit their booths, but more importantly, we ask you to keep them in mind when making decisions to purchase equipment or services for your department.

Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14%) and a Georgia State Hotel Fee of $5.00 per room, per night, in effect at the time of check-out.  If you are employed by a tax-exempt organization, you must present a completed Hotel Tax Exemption Form and a GA State Tax Exemption Form at check in.

Meals

GACP provides complimentary breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday. Refreshments will be offered between training breaks throughout the conference. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Any registration cancellation must be made in writing, which can be emailed to [email protected]. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations/refund requests received on, or before March 23, 2025, will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received from March 24th through March 31st will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after April 1st. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.
