With an attendance of over 425 law enforcement leaders, this conference will provide an excellent setting to meet and mingle with both new and existing customers who make purchasing decisions for their departments. 

At this time, GACP will not be accepting checks as payment for this event. Payment will be required at time of registration via credit/debit card. If your corporation does not have an company card, please speak to your finance department regarding reimbursement options.  We are not accepting ACH payments at this time.

You must purchase booth space to reserve a vehicle. Set-up for vehicles and large displays will be on Monday ONLY from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.  You will be sent a scheduled vehicle load-in appointment 10-14 days in advance.

Electricity and Exhibit Service Contractor

Fern Expo is the official decorator/service contractor for this event.  Exhibitors will receive a welcome email with info regarding ordering additional display items (including carpet) or shipping of display items directly from Fern Expo.

Lodging

Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14%) and a Georgia State Hotel Fee of $5.00 per room, per night, in effect at the time of check-out. If you are employed by a tax-exempt organization, you must present a completed Hotel Tax Exemption Form and a GA State Tax Exemption Form at check in. If you are paying by check, please be sure to have government checks completely filled-in upon check-in

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Corporate Dues must be paid before attending the Spring Training Conference. If you are unsure about the status of your company’s membership, please contact us at 770-495-9650. 

At this time, GACP will not be accepting checks as payment for this event. Payment will be required at time of registration via credit/debit card. If your corporation does not have an company card, please speak to your finance department regarding reimbursement options.  We are not accepting ACH payments at this time.

Any registration cancellation must be made in writing, which can be emailed to [email protected]. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations/refund requests received on, or before March 22nd, will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received from March 23rd through March 30th will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after March 31st. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows, and if payment is not received, departments will be billed for 100% of the registration fee.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, GACP meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to GACP's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities
