PRX offers an online ordering system that allows exhibitors to order additional display items or arrange for advanced shipment of materials for their booth. Customized logins will be sent to exhibitors after registration. Any registration cancellation must be made in writing, which can be emailed to GACP ([email protected]). Cancellation/refund requests received before August 25th will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received from August 25th through September 8th will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after September 8th. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows. Any member who registers, does not pay, and is a “no-show” will be billed 50% of the registration fee.
