Any registration cancellation must be made in writing, which can be emailed to GACP ([email protected]). Cancellation/refund requests received before August 25th will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received from August 25th through September 8th will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after September 8th. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.  Any member who registers, does not pay, and is a “no-show” will be billed 50% of the registration fee.
