Deadlines/Refund Policy

Corporate Dues must be paid before attending the Summer Training Conference. If you are unsure about the status of your company’s membership, please contact us at 770-495-9650. Any registration cancellation must be made in writing, which can be mailed, faxed or emailed ([email protected]) to GACP. Cancellations/refund requests received on or before July 5th will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received July 6th through July 12th will receive a 50% refund.  No refunds will be issued after July 12th. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Any members who register, do not pay, and are a “no-show” will be billed 50% of the registration fee. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, GACP meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to GACP's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
