Exhibit Service Contractor/Drayage and Additional Services
We are pleased to announce that PRX Exposition Services has been named as the official general service contractor for the 2022 GACP Summer Training Conference. PRX offers a paperless service kit for arranging material handling services or browsing additional furnishings for a successful event. We encourage you to use their safe and secure website to place your order through a customized login link that will be emailed to all vendors after your booth registration is confirmed. PRX will begin sending emails to the registered exhibitor contact starting Monday, June 6, 2022. If you do not receive the email from PRX by the end of that week, please check your Spam or Clutter filters for an email titled “Access to PRX Exposition Services". If you need ordering assistance or did not receive the initial ordering email please don’t hesitate to contact PRX Exhibitor Services at [email protected] 

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Any registration cancellation must be made in writing, which can be mailed, faxed or emailed ([email protected] ) to GACP. Cancellations / refund requests received on or before July 7 will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received July 8 through July 14 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after July 14. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.

Attendees always need a way to carry their conference goodies.  These bags are provided to every individual as they register so it prominently displays your company throughout the conference. The price for this sponsorship is printing fees, material costs, and shipping.

Ice Cream Social  
As part of the exhibitor networking social on Sunday afternoon this very popular and highly attended event provides sponsors with recognition. Sponsors are also able to provide napkins and other decor featuring their logo. With this sponsorship comes marketing for your company in the app and recognition in the Buyers Guide. The cost to co-host this sponsorship is $1,500+ the cost for your promotional item. To sponsor the entire event is $3,000.

Break Sponsor/Snacks and Coffee
Take this unique opportunity to display your company name in a place where the attendees gather for refreshments. Two networking breaks are scheduled in the exhibit hall to encourage attendee/exhibitor interaction (2 sponsorships available). Breaks will be held on Monday, July 25th from 10:00-11:00am & from 2:30-3:30pm. Break refreshments typically consist of drinks and small snacks. Sponsors will be acknowledged through signage and in the mobile conference app for the break time that they sponsor. The fee for this sponsorship is $1,000.

Vendor Giveaway Sponsor
Exhibitors collecting business cards in their booths for door prizes, are encouraged to take advantage of the time we have set aside for drawings during the exhibitor networking break on Monday afternoon. Post your company’s name and door prize gifts on the conference app to drive more attendees to your booth.  Company representatives will be provided an opportunity to speak about their products and services before drawing the winner from their collection of cards.  We respectfully request all prizes be valued at $100 and up.

Training Session Sponsor
Sponsoring a training session is a great way to get extra exposure.  By sponsoring a training session, a representative from your company can introduce the speaker and give a 3-5-minute presentation about your company before the presentation begins.  Training session sponsorships range from $2,000 - $4,000.

President's Reception -
 Co-Sponsor Opportunity 
Show your support in a big way by sponsoring the GACP President’s Reception on Sunday evening from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. This is an excellent event to mingle with the attendees and make vital connections with departments. Since this is a larger function and includes a casual buffet, the cost of co-sponsoring this event is $5,000. In addition to mingling with attendees, sponsors will be recognized through prominent signage and in the mobile conference app.  Also, sponsors will have the option of providing promotional, decorative banners and or table decorations for the reception.

Entertainment Sponsor

Bring attention to your company by sponsoring an entertainer for the President’s Reception, such as a band, a magician, a comedian, etc.  This relaxed atmosphere is the ideal location to develop personal relationships with attendees and potential customers.  They will appreciate your willingness to make sure they have a good balance of work and fun at the conference.  Entertainment sponsorships are $1,500 for two sponsors or $3,000 for a single sponsor.  Sponsors will given special additional advertising in the mobile app.

Printed Buyers Guide Sponsor 
In addition to the mobile conference app, GACP provides every attendee with a printed conference buyers guide. Most attendees use both resources as a reference for class session locations, exhibitor references, and other vital information. By sponsoring the guides, your company’s ad will be featured in full color on the back cover of every book. The fee for this sponsorship is $2,000.

Hospitality Room Sponsor

The GACP Hospitality Suite provides exhibitors with a unique opportunity to network with law enforcement decision-makers in a more casual environment for an extended period. Companies wishing to sponsor the Hospitality Suite would be responsible for staffing the room for the evening and for providing beverages and small snacks (i.e. potato chips, popcorn, pretzels, etc.) The Hospitality Suite is currently available for sponsorship from 6:00pm – 10:00pm on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. In addition to having direct contact with our members, sponsors receive signage prominently recognizing their sponsorship outside the suite as well as in the conference buyers guide and app.
