You must purchase booth space in order to reserve vehicle or large display space. Set-up for vehicles and large display space will be on Monday ONLY from 3:00pm – 4:30pm. No exceptions. Refund Policy The deadline for cancellations is January 1, 2021. Full refunds will be provided up to 5:00 pm on January 1st with written notice. Simply send an e-mail to [email protected] with the reason you are seeking refund. Please note that dues payments are non-refundable. If you do not attend the conference and do not cancel your registration, you will be billed after the meeting.
Deadline for Early Registration The deadline to ensure you are listed in the Conference Buyer's Guide is December 11, 2020. Additionally, if you register after December 11, 2020, there is an increase in price. We encourage you to register early to receive all your benefits and take advantage of the reduced rate.
Consent for Use of Photographic Images Registration and attendance at, or participation in, GACP meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to GACP's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
